Mowing includes mowing, trimming/edging property, and blowing clippings off.
Includes one mow at 1.5 inches to remove thatch, as well as leaf and yard debris cleanup.
Spraying and pulling weeds, pruning and trimming of all shrubbery and hedges (as needed).
Pulling cores over the entire property.
Final winterizing cut, blowing/vacuuming of leaves, and pruning of perennials and tall grasses.
Adding mulch to desired garden beds.
Adding seed to lawn for growth.
Removal on anything over three inches, unless otherwise discussed.

March + May: crabgrass preventer
September: fall fertilizer application
October: liquid spray to control broadleaf weeds.
November: winter fertilizer.
Apply Merit to control grubs on your lawn.
April: liquid spray to control broadleaf weeds.
June and July: liquid spray to control brown patches and/or dollar spots.
**Only used if fungus is detected in your lawn.

Spray shrubs and tree May-August as needed.
